Milan (Milos)
Javor, P.Eng.
 Our Chief Engineer, Milan Javor, established Lightlab
Inc. after a 25-year
career in Ottawa’s high technology sector, with the mission to provide energy audit, design,
implementation and commissioning services. Milan's areas of expertise include energy audits,
project management, energy retrofit economics, daylighting, retrofit design and specification and
lighting assets life-cycle support. His careful use of the
latest proven technologies results in enhanced quality of the
built environment and improved property values through reduced operating expense.
Milan holds a B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering
from McGill University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
He is an Ontario Professional Engineer and an Associate
Member of Illuminating Engineering Society of North America,
where he served on the executive of the National Capital Section, chairing the education committee,
organizing lighting education for novices and experienced lighting professionals.
